Callie Kramsky

Callie is an associate attorney at Firestone Greenberger, where her practice centers on intellectual property and business litigation. She brings a deep, multidisciplinary understanding of the global fashion industry spanning legal, commercial, and cultural perspectives. Callie has hands-on experience advising and working within the luxury, retail, music, media, entertainment, and hospitality sectors.

Callie has a strong background in litigation, particularly in trademark and copyright infringement, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting matters. She has worked both in-house on an intellectual property team and at law firms with established IP and litigation practices. In addition to her litigation experience, she has worked in corporate and art law and brings firsthand industry insight from her time in retail and fashion marketing for major brands fueling her passion for and commitment to the creative industries.

She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she received a Certificate with Distinction in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law. Callie was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and served on the Appellate Division of Moot Court Honor Society. She also served as the Alumni Chair of the Fashion Law Society. As a student clinician with the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy (BLIP) Clinic, she advised small startups on IP protection and recognizes the critical importance of accessible legal support for emerging brands.

Callie holds a B.A. from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she concentrated in fashion, consumption, sustainability, and identity.

She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
